Phil and Tricia are the best and easiest team to work with! They were super responsive and willing to get things done in ways that best met our needs. We recently had the pleasure of working with them for mold and water remediation in our attic and basement. From the moment I called them, their team was responsive and professional. They arrived promptly, like within an hour after we called, assessed the situation thoroughly, and immediately got to work. The quality of their work was outstanding. They effectively addressed the water damage and removed all the mold, ensuring our house was safe and clean. They also kept the work site clean and safe for the entire time. The finish look of the preventive care is amazing; the basement looks so neat that it’s good for direct living. Throughout the process, they kept us informed on every step and costs, and offered valuable advice on how to prevent future issues. They even went above and beyond touched up spots we found in the rest of the house where mold might be growing, and sharing advice on how different areas of the house can potentially be improved. They also took care of all the insurance work and took extra efforts in helping us prepare all necessary proof and materials to go through the claim process. We were particularly impressed by their attention to detail and the care they took in handling the situation. Their expertise and helpfulness turned what could have been a stressful experience into a much more manageable one. Highly recommend Craftsman for anyone in need of mold and water remediation, a general contractor, as well as remodeling services.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of work done by Phil and Tricia. They were very quick in coming out to consult on our mold issue, and equally quick to get started on the job and complete the work. They were very thorough in explaining everything throughout the entire project. Each day they communicated what was done that day and were so responsive to any questions we had. While I wish that we hadn’t needed mold remediation, I couldn’t be happier that we were given Phil’s name by a neighbor. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the future!

Let me just start by saying how efficient and respectful the owners are. They communicate thoroughly through every step and send pictures of the progress. The work they do is extremely professional and you can tell they know what they are doing. They are so talented and so committed to their customers. And they are very considerate of any situation that might be happening whether it be with pesky insurance companies or financial struggles. They will work with you and are very friendly and punctual with everything they do. I will always call them for any of my home needs and remodeling when I need it. WILL ABSOLUTELY BE RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE IN THE AREA!!!!

Craftsman Home Remodeling did an excellent job on our pool deck.! Phil, the owner takes pride in ownership of his business and told us he would build our deck as if it were his own. And he DID ! The workmanship was above and beyond our expectations. Phil worked closely with the Town to obtain the permit as there are many requirements that had to be met. If we had questions, Phil was very patient to answer and explain anything that we asked. We requested a change to add some additional composite material after the start of the project, and Phil was more than willing to accommodate us. He and his employee Doug showed up every day as promised, were courteous, neat and most of all built us a top notch quality deck that we will enjoy for years. Thank you for a great experience Phil !

The attention to detail and professionalism this company has is underrated. The work is beautiful and one of kind for each project they do. Their ability to tailor their work around the customer’s needs and wants is everything you could ask for in a contractor. When they need to meet with you, they will work around your schedule. They are very family orientated and very personable. I will hire them for any and all future projects for my family’s home.

Can't say enough good about Craftsman Home Remodeling. Phil not only quotes the job, but actually does the work. He and Doug did it all. Very professional, courteous. Cleaned up everything. We are so thrilled with our new deck. Don't hesitate to have them do any improvements for you. Can only speak to decks, but I can't believe the quality of their work would not extend to other jobs. Phil is not quick at responding to calls and texts, but that's a minor thing. They are very busy and worth the wait.

Craftsman Home Remodeling did a really great job on our deck rebuild. They were easy and pleasant to work with. They replaced a 30-year old rotten deck and the results look amazing. Their pricing was very competitive, and they do quality work. I don't have a single complaint, and I'd be happy to have them do work for me again.
